Lightwave Volt provides instructor-led, cohort-based, and self-paced educational experiences related to information technology skills. Deliverables are educational, not custom software development for hire unless a separate statement of work exists.

You must provide accurate registration details. We may refuse service if information is fraudulent or if prior conduct violated these terms. Minors require guardian consent where local law demands it.

Course materials remain our property or our licensors’. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning. Redistribution, resale, or public rebroadcast of recordings without permission is prohibited.

You may not harass staff or learners, attempt unauthorized access to systems, introduce malware, or use class resources to violate third-party terms (including SaaS vendors). Violations may lead to removal without refund beyond policy.

To the extent permitted under Vietnamese law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of training materials. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a paid enrollment is limited to the fees paid for that enrollment.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Parties seek good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to competent courts in Nghe An Province unless mandatory consumer rules designate another venue.

We may update these terms with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access for breach. Certain provisions survive termination, including IP and liability limits.

Courses may reference third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is between you and the vendor. We do not warrant third-party uptime, pricing, or feature changes.
