The flow below mirrors what appears in our procurement appendix. No hidden gates — if a step does not apply to your team, we strike it in writing.

    Intake snapshot

    You share stack constraints, languages needed, and blackout weeks. We respond with fit / no-fit.

  2. STEP 02

    Sandbox provisioning

    Shared tenants go live with audit-friendly defaults. You acknowledge vendor terms separately.

  3. STEP 03

    Weekly build cycles

    Labs alternate between async drills and live clinics. Attendance is tracked for cohort health only.

  4. STEP 04

    Mid-cohort calibration

    Facilitators publish a short delta note if pacing slips — usually trimming optional readings.

  5. STEP 05

    Capstone review

    Public rubric scoring with written feedback. Optional 15-minute verbal summary on request.

  6. STEP 06

    Handoff archive

    You receive exports suitable for internal wikis plus a changelog of mentor comments.
